facial flesh;
fresh-faced girl
in blue satin
formalwear
(feeling so very
grown up!) now
blazes cigarette
held in skeletal
finger spotted
with shreds of
rotting skin.
Exhaling grey-
blue smoke,
animated corpse
shudders as volt
of power creates
new consciousness.
Form firms and
bittersweet smile
rests on visage
of weeping being.
Purity permanently
lost, innocence
dead, but strength
discovered through
beauteous experience
of ecstatic illumination:
Wisdom of Darkness
corporeal.
